How do I become an AOHNA member?

 
 Become an AOHNA member in 2 steps:
  Step 1 – Complete the application form, print it, and send it in.
  Step 2 – Submit your payment.
               
Step 1 - Complete and submit the Membership Application form to the Provincial Treasurer
  a) Open the Electronic application form 2011-2012.  
  b) Complete the application form by typing directly onto the form.  
  c) Print the completed form using the Print Form button in the top right corner.  
  d) Send the completed form by fax to 1-888-477-2592, or scan & email it to treasurer@aohna.ab.ca.  
               
Step 2 - Submit your payment ONLINE using PAYPAL
  a) Click the Buy Now button next to your membership type.  
  b) Submit your credit card payment securely through PayPal (If you have a PayPal account, log in and proceed with payment. If not, just click on continue to the left of the log in button.)  
  c) You will receive email confirmation and receipt of payment from PayPal immediately. Please print a copy off for your records.  
  d) You will then receive an information/welcome package from the AOHNA via email. If you do not receive it within 4-6 weeks, please contact us at info@aohna.ab.ca.
